Monday - BOTT Cardio and Café
Morning BOTTers!
Start of a new week, although I have it off from work. It seems some places do and some places don't. Of course, because I work at a bank, the bank is closed and I'm off today. So I'll be concentrating on house work, errands and updating my blog. I went skiing with the whole fam yesterday and it was a TON of fun, also great exercise. I'm feeling it today, I'll tell ya. I'm also all covered in bruises on my ankles and shins from the boots, but that comes with the territory. I feel good, I'm not hungry, and I'm feeling ready to commit to another week of BOTTing.
Cardio - May rest a bit today, Wii some
Food -
B - Cheese sammich
L - Chili con carne
S - Left over chili
D - corned beef and cabbage (YUM!!!)

Good morning all!
I had read somewhere that it takes 21 days to develop a new habit. Today is "Day 21" for me for getting back on track. During the last 21 days, I have been totally faithful with food and exercise; but discouragement is attacking me today. The snack monster is aggrevating me and the scales aren't moving. I know I should stay off them scales......I think it may have turned into an obsession.
Please keep me in your prayers that I get thru this today. I just keep telling myself I can get thru this......but I need your help too.
I remember a quote in the book I am reading......"I am not only responsible for my success but for my failures as well". I do have control ........I do........I do.
