Back On Track Together
3lbs lost after first week of BOTT!
I really worked my butt off this week, sticking to my meal plans for the most part (or considering smart alternatives to what I had planned) and excersising like crazy. I was a bit sore from the exercising for a couple of days, but I'm good now and am glad to see 3 more pounds gone. Yay!
The plan for today:
Exercise:
Wii Fit Plus for 30min to 1hr (Super Hula Hoop, Free Run, etc.)
Push-ups and other exercises I learned from the trainer, "Coach Fred," last week
Consumptions:
Water, Water, Water (that's the toughest part about the whole thing)
B: Activia Light Yogurt & Cereal
S: 2% Cheese & Kashi crackers
L: Sushi
S: Fruit and/or Veggies w/ light dressing
D: Baked cornish hens glazed w/ sugar free orange marmalade and wild rice
S: light popcorn - no butter or salt
