Hey Everyone,

Just got back from Sweatfest and Core class.  Ladies and Gents, my abs has left the building and my core is no more

I am running out the door to get dental work done (let's just add some more pain in the day)    And then going ring hunting with my son.  He is wanting to get Married...awwwwwwwwwwww

My food yesterday was all water and 4 protein shakes.  Same today....

Come on in and be accountable, we are in the second half of this challenge, don't slack now.

Take care,
kathy

Another week under the belt (well less under the belt now...LOL)  Ready and raring for week 3.  I had a good day yesterday, the only thing I can't add to this is how many calories a bite of homemade cheesecake is.....yes, I had to have a bite, it is my all time favorite and my daughter made it for her fiance's bd.  I don't tolerate suger (thank goodness) and know I can only have a bite, so yes, I did.  ***aaaahhhhhh**** it was so good.

OK, yesterdays stuff:

Well.. I WAS all happy about my weight loss - until I figured out that my scale is off by 5 pounds!!! ARGH! I will ONLY be weighing myself on the biggest loser board from now on to prevent any further false happiness. LOL! All in all though - I still lost 6 pounds - so that's great!
Yesterday, I didn't eat enough. I was helping my mom move - and just forgot to eat. I think I ended up with like 600 calories, and only 44 protein.. so today, I'm going to try and be more balanced and eat better. I did get my water in though yesterday.
Today - Yogurt for breakfast, hardboiled egg for snack, lunch will be turkey breast, snack will be another hardboiled egg (I can't ever just eat 1), and dinner is going to be roasted pork loin. I am going to get some green beans in there too.
How the heck are you guys getting in low carb, high protein, AND low fat???
