1/15/10 - BOTT Cardio and Cafe` - Friday!

Wow - it's really hard to believe that it's halfway through January already!  I'm hoping that everyone is doing well with the January Challenge, and is working towards their own individual goals.   Remember, together, we can do pretty much anything! 

My plan for the day -
Breakfast - Jimmy Dean Breakfast Bowl - (Scrambled eggs and Turkey Sausage)
Snack - Apple and Baby Bel Cheese
Lunch - Chicken Breast Strips
Snack - Veggies and Dressing
Dinner - The inlaws are in town, and we like one of two restaraunts when they're around - so I'll either have Shrimp Fajitas without the extras, or a chicken/beef stir fry with a few veggies and no rice. 
Snack - Protein Shake

Cardio - Walking at the Gym on my lunch hour.  (Working from Home ROCKS in that aspect!)

Good Morning all.

Todays Plan is going to be a little off the usual since we are going to my Daughters house for supper, it is her Fiance's bd.  She is having lasagna, I love that but will have just a small piece, it will probably fill me right up.  She is also having cheese cake, my alltime favorite dessert, since I dump on sugars I will have just a spoonful from my DH's plate (good thing he doesn't mind sharing..LOL)

OK, here is the whole plan:

B - Protein Drink
S - 2 boiled eggs
L - Peanut butter on wheat toast
S - Almonds
D - Lasagna, salad, spoonful of cheescake
S - Protein Drink

Cardio - 30 minutes on Elliptical

I packed my lunch this morning before deciding to do a heavy protein low carb kick start, so I'll start that tomorrow. Not that my lunch today is bad, but its not strict. Lucky, though, that its nice out today, so going outside to move around is possible.

We finished ALL the paint on the walls last night. All that's left is trim for that now, but we'll do that after the windows and sanding are done. Tomorrow morning we sand sand sand sand sand sand the hardwoods until they're ready to polly, Ski sunday, and monday do the polly. Furnature is delivered on Wednesday, but I'm going to see if I can't postpone it till thursday so my dad (who's retiring on Wednesday!!) can be there to pick them up for us, and we don't have to miss work. Getting so close!

Cardio - Walk outside

Food -
B - 1/2 banana
S - Tuna on wheat thins
L - 1/2 hoisin chicken and napa cabbage wrap
S - Left over chili
D - Shepherd's pie
