You'd think, with no stomach, you'd have less of a chance of getting the stomach flu.

But no...not at all. :( - I've been down sick for the past three days - Ugh. 

Anyway - here's my plan for the day:

B - Yogurt and Cereal
S - Apple and cheese
L - 4oz grilled chicken breast and oriental salad.
S - Veggies and Dressing
D - Trader Joe's Turkey Meatballs and Spaghetti Squash
S - Click Protein Shake

Cardio - Walking and Grocery shopping.

Aw man! Feel better!!

Paint is all but done, all that's left is my bathroom!! WOO!! Check out the blog (in my signature) and see the changes. Those pics really don't do the yellow/gold color justice. Its not bright sunny yellow like it seems, the flourescent lights were of little help to that, but it'll look great when all's said and done. Floors done this weekend, furnature delivered the 20th, then all's left is the cabinets (first week of Feb) and windows (anytime next week). Honestly, once the floors are done this weekend I think I'm going to start the move, I'm tired of waiting!!  How exciting.

Its nearly 40* out today! I find it lovely and plan to get outside on the track today. Its very nice out, compared to the frigid last few days. Its that kind of weather that makes you take a deeeeeeep breath and smile. I'm looking forward to it. ALSO! WOO! I am down 2 lbs this morning!! YEEHAW!  I hope it sticks!

Cardio - Track, paint the bathroom on my head

B - 2 slices light wheat toast w/ pb
S - protein shake
L - Lite tuna on wheat thins, soup if they have anything good today
S - Carrots, 100 cal pack of popcorn
D - Chili (FINALLY!)

Hello, another wonderful day in the neighborhood (hmmmm, where is my red sweater...LOL)

Ok, todays plan:

B - 2 boiled eggs
S - Double protein Drink
L - PB on 1 slice wheat bread 
s - Almonds
D - Jerked Chicken


Cardio - 30 minutes on Elliptical (go sally, go sally, go sally)

Stay warm and keep smiling !

I *will* get my water in today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Posting oh so late...ran around with my Mom today. Came home and went to sleep and really got some much needed rest.  I ate much light her today...and feel so much better; not miserably stuffed or bloated!
