Focusing on "ME" is not a bad thing. If you don't focus on yourself, then you are no good to anyone else. That was my New Year's Resolution last year - which I didn't do well at. So I renewed the resolution for this year. I actually started on Dec 28th so if "they" are correct about the 21 days to build a good habit.....I am almost there. YEAH!

I'll be going over to stay with my daughter for the next few days to help her with baby. I think that I'll be o.k. with my food. When I was there the other day my bodybugg registered that I hit 85% of my exercise goal for the day, without working out! Here's my food for today:

The sun is shining here, too...and it is actually warmer (in the 30s instead of 20s) -- you are right, almost makes you want to pull out the lawn chairs and grill -- an early taste of Spring (at 30 degrees!)!
The plan today is to keep up with what I have been doing -- loading up on protein and fluids, and tracking food.

Day started off well and ending well. Vitamins taken, cardio complete, water intake complete.
However and there always seems to be one. I went to the Amish store, picked up some flax seed corn chips, dried banana chips, dark covered raisins, and horseradish cheese. My plans are to bag them up into individual servings. In moderation I would love to keep these food in my menu.

Did someone say lawn chairs & sunshine!!! It was actually a little warmer here today...in the high 40's with sunshine. Posting oh so late...ran around with my Mom today. Came home and went to sleep and really got some much needed rest. I ate much better and lighther today...and feel so much better; not miserably stuffed or bloated!
