Hi Cindy,

Have you ever tried Sugar free hot chocolate for a chocolate crave?  Or get some Sugar free syrup and put it in 0% fat free Greek yogurt.  YUM!!  It's to die for.  I add a few pieces of sugar free peanut butter cups and it's so good

Hi, Kathy:

You know, I have some hot chocolate that is protein rich -- I just forget I have it!  Thanks for the reminder.  The idea for the greek yogurt is wonderful...I have never tried the sugar free peanut butter cups, but have seen them, so that is going to happen...thanks for that idea as well!  :)

I'm just checking in.  Things have been crazy with work and trying to complete a bunch of courses at home for work that I haven't had much leisure computer time the past two days.  I've been on track, but not logging my food due to time constraints.  I'll check back in when I get a chance.

Have a great day everybody!

Hi Wendey,

If you can't get access to OH's Health Tracker check out some of the free phone apps they have for tracking your foods.  My two favs for when I can't be home is Tap and Track and Lose it.  Both are free.

Good job staying on track even if you are busy, busy, busy

Take care,
Kathy

Oh boy - the good the bad and the ugly?

Well I've had the bad bad bad and the ugly today food wise.  But if I keep checking in, one of these days I will turn it around!!!!

I'm frustrated with myself as when I don't think too much about my eating I maintain, but the minute I try to start losing again and focus, I want to eat eat eat (and all the carbs & sugar!)  Normally those things don't bother me.

see you tomorrow

Ruth
