Oh boy - I lost the challenge today - hit the cookies and chocolate in a big way I'm ashamed to say....

sigh, why is it so much easier to eat more and of the things I shouldn't than to eat less and the things I know I should?

Another day of really pushing the protein and fluids.  I have to admit it is nice to look on my FitDay and not see a high count for carbs.  :)

Today:

B:  Muscle Milk Light RTD
S:  Proti Diet Old Fashion Strawberry & Peanuts Bar
L:  Soup and salad
S:  2 oz. lowfat colby cheese and 1 serving of Emerald Cocoa Roast Almonds
D:  Greek yogurt w/SF syrup
S:  Chocolate protein shake w/SF syrup

Breakdown:

Calories:  1,191
Fat:             30 g
Carbs:         83 g
Protein:     125 g
Alcohol:         0

Good Afternoon Everyone!

I have attempted to reply several times today, but someone always interrupts me!  I guess when you are at work you should be working?!  

Yesterday I was compliant to my posted eats and got my gazelle in for the planned 30+ minutes.

Today my plan was/is as follows:

30 minutes on the gazelle-done

B: muscle milk & oats-done
S: Venti soy latte w/ SF syrup-done
L: 1.5 deviled eggs and strawberries-done
S: hummus and cucumber slices-done
D: Taco Bell Fiesta Taco Salad Fresco style
S: Click/chocolate/PB2/Soy shake
