Change some things up if you find yourself in a stall. Change your exercise routine. For example if you mostly walk/jog, instead, lift weights after a decent warm-up, replace 3 days a week with that. Always eat your protein first, then side dishes. Try alternatives for protein, such as Acheiv One, Click, Chicke, and powdered sources such as Protein2Go. Accept that the honeymoon period is ending and the work begins for continued loss and maintenance. The only way to do it is to try!
