Tuesday - BOTT Cardio and Cafe
Well we've painted the kitchen, hall and master bed and I'm in absolute love with the color. My husband is still a bit iffy and thinks its too yellow, but I think once it gets broken up by the cupboards and decorations, he'll love it as much as I do. I also think that he'll see a big difference once the color is dry tonight. He was the same way with the sample, then loved the after-product. Our plasterwork looks utterly amazing, I'm very proud!!
I finally conquered the night-time calorie drinking demons last night and feel very liberated today. Although I'm up .7 lbs, I think it has everything to do with girly time of the month stuff, and maybe a little dehydration. None to worry, today I am dedicated to getting at least 64 oz of water in and eating right. What's more, its above freezing for once, so I'm going to also try to walk outside at some point..

L - 3.5 oz lite tuna, lite mayo and onion on wheat thins, raw veggies
S - 4 oz Turkey breast
