Better day today than at the weekend, but a few trips.  About 80% BOTT which I'm ok with.  Will build upon today and work towards a 100% day...

Happy New Year, Kathy and Everyone!

It's been too long since I checked in here, but I have been holding my weight steady over the holiday season.  My accountability stats are below:

Highest weight (1999): 320
Surgery weight (4/1999): 310
Weight Last Week:197.5
Today's Weight: 197.5
Weight Gain/Loss for the week:  0
Total weight loss: 122.5

It was very cold last week in Dallas (below 20; rare here), but it's warming back up to the 50's starting today, so I can get back outside walking the pups, raking leaves, and tidying up the yard.
I'm looking for work, so there is the additional stress that comes along with that, and keeping moving helps me manage that stress.

Kathy, I had to laugh about your babies peeing ice cubes!!!  Our crew was none too happy about the cold and ice.  Our bigger Pom, Jasmine, is the exception, especially when we got snow on Christmas Eve (rare here).  She has an enormous coat and had a ball bouncing in that snow!  The tiny Pom and the Min-Pins just tried to U-turn as soon as they saw it.  Too funny!

My challenge during cold weather is getting my water in like I should.  When it's hot, I drink plenty (80oz - a gallon a day), but when its cold, not so much.  I'm working on it.

Make it a great week!

This is my first day into the group.    I had surgery 12/15/2004.

I would be happy to just get back to working out and eating more healthy again.  It would be nice to get down to 150, but I'm not so much concerned about the number as I am the amount of JUNK I am eating again.  Since day one of surgery I have had no trouble eating anything, but I did have a successful surgery with no problems thus far, and for that I am eternally thankful.  Thanks for including me in this group.  You guys are very motivating - just what I need to get "back on track"!!!

Taking one day at a time.  Looking forward to a successful tomorrow.
So far this day has gone as planned.  Good to be accountable.  Sometimes to thy own self we are not true.  Take care and have a wonderful day.

I'm late posting...my apologies.

This week I am really focusing on getting my protein back up to where I used to keep it -- around 100 - 110 g per day.  I am loading up on protein shakes, bars, lentils, etc.  Also focusing on fluids...I seem to be dehydrated, and know that what fixes that for me is getting in the fluids my body needs.

So...

B:  Muscle Milk Light RTD
S:  Strawberry Peanut Protein Bar
L:  Salad w/low fat dressing and minestrone soup (focusing on the lentils and vegetables and eating around the pasta)
S:  Chocolate-raspberry protein shake
D:  Greek yogurt
S:  Mock rice pudding

Calories:  1080
Fat:  13g
Carbs:  86g
Protein:  122g
Alcohol:  0

Have a good evening, all!
