1/10/10 - BOTT Cardio and Cafe` (Sunday)

Hello everyone!  Hope your weekend is going well!  Here in central NC, it's pretty cold, but the weather man says in the next few days it's supposed to get a little warmer.  Which is good - because I have an itch to go outside and walk!  (And well, it's easier if it's not freakin freezing to do that!)

We did end up going out for dinner with friends last night, and I did pretty well.  We went to the local wing joint that the guys like, and instead of getting what I would have normally gotten before surgery (fried chicken tenders with sauce), I opted for a cheeseburger - ordered without the roll, and instead of fries, I got a ceasar side salad - I ended up eating the cheeseburger and a few bites of the salad, and I was happy.   It didn't hurt that I got to spend time with my very sweet niece who is just learning to talk so she says a lot of very cute things :) 

My plan for today -

B - Yogurt and Cereal
S - Cheese stick
L - Chicken Strips and cucumber slices
S - Cottage cheese
D - Tater Tot Casserole (hubby's favorite comfort food, I'll eat it without the tots) made with ground turkey.
S - Protein Shake

Cardio - Grocery Shopping, Walmart trip, Laundry and Housework. (Man, I need a cabana boy!)

Hi Everyone!  Happy Sunday!

Here's my plan for today:  (I will post the rest later)

Cardio - 1 mile in-home walking with stretchie band (Done!!!)

B: 2 scrambled eggs, 1 slice of toast with a little vegetable spread

S: 1 cup of Swiss Miss hot chocolate

L:  Grilled chicken wrap

S: Yogurt Parfait

D:  Grilled chicken wrap with veggies

S:  Protein shake or Protein bar

The weather is going to get warmer starting this evening.  Yeah... I can resume going to the pool in the mornings.  It's just been too darn cold to head out the door at 4:30 in the morning with 5 degree and below temperatures.  Hooray for the sun. 

Yesterday I did farily well, except I fell face first into grazing on saltine crackers.  A lot of empty calories and white carbs that stick to your thighs!

Today's Plan...

Breakfast:  one egg cheese and bacon omelette
Lunch:        tilapia/applesauce
Dinner:       meat crust pizza
Snack:        Believe Mocha Latte protein drink (helps curve my late sugar craving!)

Exercise:  Salsa Dancing
