Day 2 of BOTT for me
I managed to drink more water yesterday than I usually do so that's good. I also went to the gym (hubby came too - that was surprising) and put in some time on the treadmill as well as the eliptical and weight machines. I am still working on more water and more exercise today as well.
I've also planned / tracked my meals for today on the My Plate website and if I stick to the plan my numbers look good for the day.
QUESTION: On the My Plate website when I track fruits it obviously racks up the sugar points very quickly. Should I be worried about natural sugar that much? I only put a bananna on there it it was almost my whole day's allowance for sugar - however, I'm trying to stay around 100 carbs and my whole day total is 97. What should I focus on, sugar or carbs or both?

Watch your sugars but don't be to worried about your carbs as long as you are eating complex carbs, not white carbs.

I decided to start tracking my food intake on the health tracker today. I did the measurement and weighed. I guess that makes it official. I have decided to do something about this weight.
I weighed after lunch, (slept late) so the scale was unnaturally 3 lbs less. I know it will be back to 224 tomorrow but I am pleased today.
Well , back to homework.
