1/9/10 - First day of BOTT
I've not been drinking enough water (or anything for that matter). I usually only have about 12oz a day of water and that's it. I stay away from all the other drinks too though - it's like I have a phobia of drinking ANYTHING.
Plan for today:
Drink at least 40oz of water (already got in16.9oz this morning) and limit carbs a little better today (shooting for about 100g)
Before breakfast - Bolthouse Farms Mocha Cappuccino Protein drink
Breakfast - 1 egg and 1 serving of center cut bacon
Snack - deli meat wrap
Lunch - Tuna salad sandwich on whole wheat or red pepper tuna salad boat
Snack - rice cake w/ cream cheese
Dinner - Deer and veggie chili w/ light sour cream and shredded 2% cheese
Snack - cheese stick and/or raw veggies
