Back On Track Together
1/9/10 - BOTT Cardio and Cafe
HOpe everyone had a good week - Sorry to say that mine ended on a bad note - and I'm a little frustrated with myself for jumping on food to get comfort when I'm stressed. That's going to be the thing that I focus and work on the most in the next few weeks, because I know it's my biggest hurdle to get past.
Anyway - my plan for the day...
B - Kay's Natural Cereal and Yogurt
S - Apple
L - Chicken Strips and Cucumber slices
S - Protein Shake
D - We're heading out to dinner with friends - my plan is getting a burger patty with sauteed mushrooms - no roll and a side salad.
S - Protein Shake (if I want anything else)
Cardio - Housework and chasing my niece
Today:
B: 1/4 of a small ham and cheese omelet, piece of toast, 1/4 c. oatmeal (breakfast with hubby -- I am so stuffed!)
S: No room
L: Salad
S: Protein Shake
D: Going out to a new restaurant with friends -- will keep it light and focused on protein
S: Protein Hot Chocolate
Have a wonderful day, all!
We have good days and bad days, but I saw your posts and you did great. As you said, make some notes of what was going on when this happen and try and have a back up plan. Next time my DH brings home a Pizza I don't want to eat, I am going to remove myself from the situation and if I have to have something in my mouth then I am going to fix a good snack...

We just got Netflix streaming as it's cold here and who wants to go out. They have tons of videos and I tried the Self Magazine, Dance Your Fat Off Video. It was a blast, but thank God no one was looking. I bet I looked funny, but what the heck, I was having fun and burning fat BABY
Take care,
Kathy
