Daily consumption goals

I was just wondering what you all that are a year or more post-op aim to consume each day. What are the magic numbers for Calories? Carbs? Fat? etc.

I haven't lost weight in about a month now and I feel a little lost - I think I need to re-boot or something. I still have 30+lbs to go before I'm at a "normal" BMI so I can't stop now.

I honestly don't know how many calories I need a day to maintain.  Right now, I'm aiming for 1200-1300 a day to lose more weight.  I've never hit goal, so.....

Start with the amount of protein your doctor told you.  From there it's mostly all about calories, plain and simple. Good healthy food.   I'm trying to lose right now so I try to stay under 1000.

I am in a maintenance.  My goal now (no exercises - post op PS recovery) is 100 gr proteins, 1200-1400 cal, but limit starchy carbs.  No bread, pasta, rice, etc.  You get my point. Lot of fiber, higher fats (than average),. and carbs only from nuts, veggies,. fruits (limited to 2 fruits a day).
Calories are not the same - I know that if - when I start eating more carbs  - I gain weight and get hungry even if my calories dropped...
I eat cheese, yogurt, meat, fruits, veggies, nuts.  Eat 5- 6 times a day.
Once I start exercising - - I will be able to increase my carbs intake.  Until then - (3-4 weeks) I am careful...
