Hey Everyone 

It's our first weigh in Friday    Come on in and let us know how it's going.  Good or bad    we are here for each other   If your challenge does not involved a number on the scale that is OK, just give us an update on where you are

With starting on Monday I have lost 2 pounds    I am so busy this morning at work but wanted to get this thread started.  BRB with my food later.....

I steped on the scale this morning and I am down 7lbs from the 10 I gained
Thursday
1 hard boil egg yes
1 apple no
2oz of chicken from last night wrapped in lettuce yes
Shrimp and Crab quiche yes (OMG it was delish ask me for the recipe if you want something really good)
Salad with red wine vinegar (no oil) yes
SF Lemon Jello Pack w/whip cream yes
Coffee yes yes yes
Diet Green Tea yes
Flavored Water yes
Another perfect day. I am loving my band!!!

Friday
1 hard boiled egg
Shrimp and Crab quiche
Elena's Sloppy Joe stuffed pepper (thank you for sharing)
Salad w/red wine vinegar (no oil)
Coffee
Flavored Water
Hoping for another perfect day.

Good Afternoon Everyone!

I was pleasantly surprised when I weighed this morning I am down 6.5 lbs since Monday.

I have been very munchie today so I have revised my plan several times so that I can eat every few hours today:

Yesterday my plan was as follows:

15 minutes on gazelle
1. Chocolite Chocolate protein powder and PB2 in soy milk
2. Egg beaters and shredded cheese
3. 2 Chocolite protein bars
4. muscle milk light
5. meatloaf, fiber gourmet lite cheese and Chef Jay's lite bites

Calories: 1412
carbs:         106
fat:                 60
Protein        142


Today my plan is as follows:

15-20 minutes on the gazelle

1. 2 deviled eggs and cantalope
2. tomato & mozzarella salad
3. egg beater, cheese and canadian bacon
4. 1 chocolite protein bar
5. cucumbers, hummus and cheese stick
6. tilapia fillet and garden peas
7. click/choc/soy/PB2 shake

calories:    1476.
carbs:           100
fat                    74   * a little higher than I like but I left the dressing from the salad on my plate.
protein           112

Holy cow, that's fantastic loss for only 4 days!! I'm also glad to see that even though you are battling the snacky, you're making great choices.

Hello everyone, sorry I am so late today.  2 pounds lost since Monday YAYAYAYAYAYA!

Had to go to see PS and find out about having batwings done !!!!  Roads were bad and had to leave really early to get there for my appt and then the DR was late because of roads also.   woohoo, I am having arms done and my tt at the same time, didn't plan that but money wise it was worth doing them together !   DH loves me a lot, he said I could have whatever I want done so I went with all !   

So yesterday, I had.....hmmm, let me think a second, oh, I know
pre brkfst - protein drink
b - 2 egg omelet with 2 tbs low fat mozzerala
s - 1 bag extend chips - white cheddar
L - Protein Drink
D - Jerked Chicken Strips -yummy
S - Leftover Jerked chicken strip

Water
Cardio -oops, didn't get it in *sigh*

Probably won't be checking in this weekend, going to Saginaw for the weekend and will take computer but don't know if the hotel has wireless, didn't check to see for sure.

In spite of my cookie slip, I'm down 2!  Yeah

Breakfast:  Cookies & Coffee (don't ask!)
Snack:        Protein Drink (Believe... taste like the old Acheivone!)
Lunch:        Fuji Apple Salad from Panera
Dinner:       Tilapia/Applesauce

going swing dancing tonight!

That sounds like a blast!! Did you take lessons? I actually took Ballroom Dancing as a class in college, best 2 credits I earned, I LOVE swing, but my favorite would have to be either tango or waltz/foxtrot.

I start Tango lessons next week.  I took Salsa last year and took Swing class about 4 years ago in a Ballroom curricula whi*****ude Walz, Foxtrop, Swing and Rumba.  I love it. Wish I could dance every night. I love it!
