Well, here's my eats for the day.  I consumed the last of the Christmas chocolate, so no more candy for me (except hard candy if I'm having a serious low blood sugar episode).  I haven't had a chance to play with the weight tracker yet, so I just logged my food into livestrong/dailyplate, as I used to do for today.

Edit:  I figured out the weight tracker.  I really prefer it to Livestrong.  I love how it calculates the percentages for me.  Here's my summary:

Summary

Water: 8 glasses consumed
Total Calories: 1396 Calories
Carbohydrate: 652 Calories 47% of total Calories
Fat: 268 Calories 19% of total Calories
Protein: 476 Calories 34% of total Calories

Wow, I've never seen a report like this - guess I have to get myself over to the OH tracker.  Glad (thrilled) I found my way back to this group - I really need it now.

They are starting a Weigh****chers group at work, and are having a 10-week wieght loss challenge ($10 to enter, have to lose at least 5% of your weight to even be in contention for the "pot") but I was talking to my NUT today and she told me that with my experience and "tenure" as a WLS "success" (some days I wonder) this might not be the best way for me to "get back on track".

Then Kathy responded to a post I made in the RNY forum and got me back here....

Looking forward to being in the REAL school of what I need to remember and re-learn.

Thanks!

Good evening Ladies and Gentlemen,
Hope everyone has had a decent Thursday BOT.  Food went well to day.  Had a total of 90 gms of protein and am feeling quite satisfied.  Work got out of hand again today but I did not revert to food (as in olden days).  I had a glass of water, sat at my desk, tuned off the light, and screamed in my head.  This was a whole lot better that eating whatever was available.  Followed the plan and walked at lunch time.   Thanks for a supportive group!

Okay... confession time... I fell off the wagon Thursday... I guess 6 days is my limit to go without sugar or white flour.  It all started with a small can of corn and somehow after eating corn the floodgates in my mind just exploded.  Next thing I knew I was eating iced cookies my daughter had made three days prior. UGH!  I had cookies last night, I had cookies this morning.  They are all gone now.

So.... I'm starting my count again.... Nothing beats a failure but a trying and I not going to stop trying.
