Got a late start this morning.  Having a carb day but kept them under 100.  Hoping to keep them down tomorrow.  Took my daily vitamins but have not done any exercise yet.  I hope to before the night is over.  That being said, this is what I did do.

Hi, All:

It's been a busy, crazy day, so I am looking for a quieter evening.

No exercise today -- had to be out of the house early, so I will be sure to get it in tomorrow.

Food:

B:  Protein bar
L:  Soup and salad
S:  Small banana and some tortilla chips (bad, I know -- ugh-- NO MORE!)
D:  Greek yogurt w/Go Lean cereal and SF flavoring
S:  Mock rice pudding
