1/6/09 - BOTT Cafe' and Cardio - Wednesday
Hello my friends! Day three of the first full week of the year - how's it going?
I went to my first WLS Meet Up Group tonight, and I had a great time. I made some new friends who know what I'm going through (always helpful) and got to spend some time out of the house and away from work. ALWAYS a good thing :)
I'm getting ready to turn in for the night - so here's my plan for tomorrow - already calculated out in MFP :)
The snacks list looks pretty big, but that's three snacks - AM, PM, and Evening. Two protein shakes to get my numbers where I need them to be and some cottage cheese for extra protein.

Kellie was the WLS meeting the Beck Group with Barbara? If so, I often wished I lived closer so I could participate. So glad you enjoyed your meeting.
Yesterday's liquid diet has really helped Ms. Picky so I have decided to continue with the same plan for today.
Breakfast: Protein coffee
Snack: Creamy chicken soup
Lunch: 2 sugar-free jello and
muscle milk light (not really enjoying these, but Walmart was out of EAS)
Snack: Creamy tomato soup
Dinner: Click/Soy/PB2 frapp
Snack: Protein coffee
I will also get in at least 30 minutes on the Gazelle before I head into work.

Day 6 without sugar and white carbs! 21 days here I come!
Breakfast: Two weiners
Lunch: Deli meat/celery
Dinner: Tilapia applesauce
Still struggling to get moving. It's soooooo cold here, I can't seem to get motivated to go the the gym or pool. There's a slight warmfront coming this weekend, so I'll get it in gear.
I guess one triumph at a time!

I got lucky last night and was able to escape working at the house. Yet, instead, we bought windows for lots of money. BLeh. If its not one thing, its the other, isn't it!
At any rate, I did a fair job of eating yesterday, although I think I could have had smaller portions and been just as satisfied. I'm going for that today.
