My first day of Jan. Challenge
Hello,
I saw Kathy's update on our challenge. I'm not sure where we are going to report our day with the challenge. Is it someplace other than this site? If you could just know how little I understand about naviagting sites, etc... Anyway, I'm off to losing my 5%........... That's 8 lbs for me this month. I'm on "Great" track today and good exercise. I so want Jan to count toward getting to my goal.

I, too, am kinda confused by how we're supposed to do the 5% challenge (how/where/when we're supposed to report it) so I'm glad you asked. And I, too, am ignorant about most computer stuff. It's a miracle I'm actually able to be on OH!
I'm going to try to meet the 5% challenge; unfortunately, for me that means 11 lbs. This is not going to be a very optimum month for me, as one of my daughters & her hubby are expecting a baby in a little over a week, and I plan to go there (about 2 hrs. away) & help out for a couple weeks. But at least I will kinda be in charge of food prep, so I should be able to at least do half-way decent. The part I'm more concerned about it that it will be a time of great excitement AND stress, both of which generally send me to eating!!
Today I did OK. And by that, I mean just OK. I did go back to the gym after a really l-o-n-g absence, and I did do pretty well w/ my eating. However, the evening "got" me and I made some stupid choices.
