Sionnaingeal,

I love your new blog!  Thanks for sharing.  All that work will be worth it in the end.

Yesterday was a clean food day, but Ms. Picky Pouch is showing herself.  So today I will do liquids, et.

I am back on track with my exercise.  I actually kept my 6 am appointment with my Gazelle this morning.

PreB:  coffee w/creamer
Breakfast: click/cinnamon protein in soy milk
snack: creamy chicken broth
lunch: 2 SF jello cups and a light muscle milk (Walmart was out of EAS)
snack: tomato soup
dinner: protein shake in soy milk
snack: not sure yet

I have already gotten through lunch and the pouch is still not real happy.  I really do not care much for the light muscle milk either.  I will try some hot tea next.

Sion, thanks for starting this!  I was without power this morning, so I spent it bundled up in blankets and shivering waiting for it to come back on and fire up the furnace!  (Even hot tea wasn't an option!)

So, my day is now going to shift a little bit from my plan - but here it is:

Food -
B - Yogurt and Cereal
S - Banana
L - Steamed Shrimp with Carrots and Cucumbers
S - Triscuits and Lauging Cow Cheese
D - Chili's (It's Beck Night with my local WLS Group and I'm determined to be there!)  - Will be checking the menu this afternoon to make a good decision before I leave the house.
S - Click Shake

Cardio - (Does shivering count?)
30 minutes Wii Time - shifting the gym night to tomorrow in order to go to my meeting tonight.

Have a great Tuesday!
  Day by Day.

I'm not feeling as "gung ho" as everyone else on BOTT seems to be, but I'm clawing my way back to food/exercise sanity!

Made it a 2nd day in a row to the gym.  Only about 35 min. cardio both days, but it's a start.  I will plan on doing some weight training tomorrow when I go.

Yest. was just an OK day BOTT, food-wise.  Did fine during the day but lousy in the evening/late night.

Today was much better:
B--EAS prot drink
No a.m. snack today
L--cubed ham w/ shr cheese, slice bacon--melted on 1 slice whole wheat toast
S--almonds
D--homemade bbq pulled pork on 1/2 bun; 1/2 apple dipped in prot powd
S--almonds, sf pudding cup

Always,
Jo

Hello Everyone!

Yesterday was terrible food wise so I won't even go there!  On the upside, I did ride my exercise bike for 45 minutes yesterday.  So the day was not a total loss.

Now for today:

B--Coffee with Hazelnut Sugar Free Creamer
L--Oatmeal (made with milk), 2 slices of Bacon, 1/2 banana
S--Meatloaf
D--Raisin Bran Crunch cereal with milk (Got home really late and grabbed the quickest thing I could find)

Tuesday was an ok food day.   I'll try harder to do better tomorrow!
