I did it!

I made appointments with the surgeon and psychologist.  I'm sure I'm going to the woodshed, as I should.  Hopefully, the professionals can help me beat back these demons and stay on track!

One step forward... this is going to be the year I reach goal.  I feel it!
Yeah, it's 6  years later, but it can and will be done!!!

Yes, You Can Do IT ! ! !  This will also be my year !   I am 7 years out (tomorrow) and I got BOT in November, I have lost 16 pounds and plan on going all the way this year !  If you need any support  let me know !

I sure as heck hope 6 yrs post-op isn't too late to get it back together, because I'm not far from that.  And although I've just SUCKED at this for the past 2 yrs. & have re-gained an atrocious amount, I'm not giving up.

It's not too late.  We've still got the tool.  Just gotta use it!  We can do this, together!
