day 1 of 5dpt ! here i go again

Well its day one of the 5dpt .... i decided today was the day  ! Planned all my meals and snack , brought a case of water to work , some sf jello and soup !
Protein powder and mixer ! I AM GOING to GET THESE  80 LBS OFF !

wish me luck ... here i go again on my way to being a re-loser !

You Go Girl !   I started this back in November and it has worked for me, I am still BOT and thrilled with the results so far !  I lost 16 pounds since November 6th and since I am 7 years out (tomorrow) I think it is wonderful !

Hi, I started the 5dpt today.  I'm soooo hungry!  I had a shake for breakfast one for lunch and soup for supper.  I drank 66oz. of water so far.  What did you eat today?

breakfast - shake
snack - sf jello
Lunch- cup of soup with some protein powder
snack - jello
Supper- protein shake
snack - cup of soup
30 oz water ... no not enough ... does coffee and tea count as water ?  i had 2 coffees and 1 tea

this morning i didnt leave enough time for me ... had to get the kids to the bus ... so sf jello for breakfast

plan for today -  snack - sf jello
lunch - shake  
snack - jello
supper - shake

Keep up the good work, You Can Do IT !  It is only 5 days, at least that was the way I looked at it

Wishing you best.  For me the worst was the second day.  After that - it was easier.  But - you can do it !!!   It always started my weight loss and got me back to basics. FYI: tea and coffee do not count as liquids - unless they are decaff...
