Introducing Myself
Hi all,
I am new to this group and wanted to take a moment to introduce myself...I had gastric bypass on 03/17/2009 and have lost 130 pounds. I have fallen off the wagon, though. Back to my old friend mountain dew. I do, however, still throw up when I over eat, and I dump when I have too much sugar. SO my tool is still good, I just need to motivate myself to being using it. I have set a start today, I am not having Mountain dew and I am going back to the plan my surgeon put me on. I still have 115 pounds to go and I want it off this year, I am glad I am not alone. I am excited to enourage and receive encouragement from this group!!

Welcome, glad to have you here. If you stop your mountain dew cold turkey I hope you are aware that you can have caffein withdrawal and might get a headache, you might want to have a little coffee or something to have just a small amount of caffein for a couple days. (not trying to give you an excuse to have it again, just don't want you to get frustrated)
So jump on the wagon, there is a full wagon load here and we all support each other.
