Well, it's ALMOST Sunday, so I figured I'd get a jump on my planning before I head to bed and wake up with goals in mind for tomorrow.

Meal Plan

Pre Breakfast - Protein Shake
Breakfast - Scrambled Eggs with cheese and salsa
Lunch - Egg salad with soy crisps
Snack - Rice cake with PB
Dinner - Pork Chop with Orange Dijon Sauce and brown rice.
Snack - Pumpkin Fluff

Cardio

30 minutes on the treadmill at the Gym.

I did so well yesteday, I'm going to try it again.  I'm in shock, the scale is moving.  I know it's jus****er after just 2 days of behavng myself, but I'll take it!

Breakfast:  Tilapia/Applesacue
Lunch:  cheese omlete
Dinner: fuji apple chicken salad
Snack: apple

Cardio
1 hr of walking

Good Morning Botters !

I am happy to say that I had a fairly successful week at staying with the program while at the in-laws this past week.  I am home today and starting back strictly on the program and heading for my goals!  

B - Protein Shake
L - Protein Shake
S - Chicken ?

Today I will also get in all my water !

Cardio will probably not start until tomorrow, need to decompress today from the long ride home yesterday.

Hi all!

Here's my plan for today:

Cardio:

In home walking (one mile)

B: Protein shake

S:  Protein bar

L: Grilled chicken with string beans

S:  Cinnamon sticks

D: Grilled chicken salad

S:  (Not sure yet...probably one slice of protein bread with cheese)
