1/2/10 - BOTT Cardio and Cafe'

Good morning!  Hope your first day of the new year was productive!  Today, I've got some running around to do, I'm going to treat myself to a manicure, and then spend time in my studio working on January birthday cards. 

Here's my plan for the day:

Meal Plan:
Brunch - Scrambled Egg Beaters with Cheese and 100 cal english muffin.
Snack - Rice Cake with PB2
Dinner - Steamed Shrimp with Romaine salad and dressing.
Snack - Frozen Click Protein Shake (Peppermint most likely)

Cardio Plan:
Cleaning the house
Wii
  Day by Day.

Meal plan:
Breakfast:  Tilapia/Applesauce (my favortie)
Lunch:  One egg/cheese omelette
DInner:  Fuji apple, chicken salad from restaurant
Snack:  Apple

Cardio:
Walking 1 hour

Hi everyone!

Here's my plan:

Cardio:
1 Mile in home walking

Food:

B: (none-  I had a fasting blood test done at about 11:00)

S: Peanuts

L: Grilled chicken salad

S: Decaf coffee

D: Lean Gourmet meal (Sesame chicken?)

S: Protein bar
