OH MY! Found out my pouch still works.

Well the truth is, I can't remember the last time I ate some really dense protein. Tonight I fixed myself a salmon fillet. It was about 3 oz. It totally filled my pouch and now I do believe I have a piece stuck. It's been a really long time since this has happened. Guess this shows me how long I have been eating the wrong foods. The easy slider foods. I guess the good thing about this is that I didn't stretch my pouch out as badly as I had feared. It's still working.

Hey that's good isn't it!  Yay for new habits of dense protein for the new year...

Same here! When I do actually eat my protein first, and its a good dense one like fish, chicken or pork, I find I am fuller faster. Good for you, sorry for the stuck though. Warm water and some meat tenderizer works for me.

Papaya Enzymes to the rescue!

I had this happen tonight too - not something 'stuck' but the seriously 'I'm too full to take another bite' feeling - after 3/4ths of my chicken breast.  And I realized something, it's because I wasn't drinking water like I normally do with meals (I know, it's a bad thing....and with tonight's reminder, I'm definitely stopping!)

It's such a reaffirmation when we're reminded that our tool is still there to help us out!
