1/1/10 - BOTT Cardio and Cafe' (Friday)

Happy New Year's everyone!   Hope your New Year's eve was fun and uneventful!  Today is my 'fresh start' in getting BOT.  All my struggles last year are in the past, and this year is all before me - it's going to be MY year! (But I don't mind sharing it with my BOTT friends!)

Meal Plan:
Brunch - Scrambled Egg Beaters with Cheese and 100 cal english muffin.
Snack - Apple with PB2
Dinner - Steamed Shrimp with Romaine salad and dressing.
Snack - Frozen Click Protein Shake (Peppermint most likely)

Cardio Plan:
Cleaning the house
Wii

Suggestion: 
I find that I do best when I am accountable to someone - I would like to propose that we 'pair up' for accountability.  I'm willing to put it all together if folks are interested in it.

Hope all are well and ready for new beginnings.  Still in Chicago - freezing. 
Band does not like cold weather.

Cardio - cleaning, washing dishes, making beds and such.

Intake:
Taking vitamins and trying to drink water.
Cookie n Creme protein shake, 2 slices of toasted bread, gyro meat only, salmon.
Snack - hot cheese popcorn.  only 2.5oz bag.
Looking forward to going home and starting my new routine.

Sure, that sounds like a neat idea. I'll give it a shot too!

As for me, its cleancleanclean all day today. Wii says its time to move around more, so I'll oblige.

Cardio - Clean, Wii

Food -
B - Egg sammich
L - 1 NY System wiener
S - 1/2 NY System Wiener
D - Shake n Bake chicken and veg

Lunch:  Ceasar Salad with Chicken
Dinner:  Groundbeef with chesse

No cardio planned for today.  Will start tomorrow!

I didn't get on to post earlier, but did pretty well with my plan.
