lap-band revision

Trying to "get back on track" hasn't been easy.  I am working with a new bariatric surgeon who is closer to my home.  He checked the lap-band in order to do a fill (adjustment) and found that the port had come loose and was hanging upside down!  I had revision surgery on Dec. 15th and have just been released to begin exercising again!  A friend gave me a 30-day free trial at our local Curves.  I am going for a tour next week, and plan using the trial membership!

I can tell a difference in the amount of food I can eat at a meal and how full I feel!  I am starting a new food diary and will again be charting my progress.
