Morning all!

I hope you all have a good plan in place for today! What a wonderful celebration day, when everyone is happy and excited to start a year a'new. What goals do you have this year? keep in mind, having goals is great, but without looking back at where you've been, goals are nothing but aspirations without motivation. Take the time today, not just to dream and goal-set, but to take 2009 in review, and account for where you went wrong and went right. Remember what was important, and what could have been foregone. This is a great way to start the year right, with attainable goals and dreams that may not come to pass in 2010, but maybe 2011.

Me? I want a better consciousness. I want to keep aware of self more. Sometimes I just would give up and give in, and say "I don't care." I want to care and be more self-aware. That is one that may take time, but I can make a little progress every day.

Cardio - Dancing and walking and whatnot at where ever we end up tonight

Food -
B - Homemade egg sammich
L - Protein-y, hoping for left over chili
S - Raw veggies and cheese
D - Winging it!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Happy New Years Eve Botters;

I haven't been Botting since I am out of town at inlaws and don't ever know what is on the menu.  I have done well all week, brought my protein, I have been not true to my program but knew I wouldn't be, I have not been horrible though.  My SIL cooks very healthy foods and I brought my protein with me for B & L.  Tomorrow is our last day here and we will head back for home Saturday morning and I will be BOT on Sunday!  I don't make resolutions I just try to live every day as being the best person I can be.  I'm sure the New Year will bring many unseen things and with my dedication to BOT it will be a truly wonderful Year !

Have a safe night all !

BTW... Dindin was a RARE tuna steak, baked tater with fixn's and green beans. I had about half of each bit and it was DELISH.
