Hey Everyone
I am so excited about this year being over and a new one beginning. For me and most of us it was one with struggle, challenges and family crisis. I don't believe in New Years Resolutions and such, but it is a good time to reflect and take stock of what worked and what did not.
While it's cold outside and the wind and snow is blowing I love thinking of spring and all that brings. I am ready for the New Year baby
Here are some of my issues I have been working on the pass few weeks
drinking water
taking vitamins
removed junk food
stock up on clean food
back to gym working on it
stock up on protein
We know what works and what does not, after all we are the experts on "dieting" are we not? I am going to be doing straight protein with "maybe" one clean meal a day until I get all the junk out of my system. I will also be taking my wonder syrup to curtail my food cravings, especially sugar for me.
I am so excited and thank you all for joining me. There is success in numbers baby

Happy New Year Everyone!!
I have done really well the past few days. The last of the Christmas cookies are on their way out the door. I shopped for ME yesterday and stocked up on the RIGHT FOODS and PROTEIN. Winter term starts Monday and a group of us has commited to using the gym and pool on Campus everyday after Maternity (Nursing) class. I'm really excited about this! The big challenge for me is going to be putting the cigarettes down tonight. Yes, that is part of my New Years Goal. I may not have reached my goal weight after surgery but I was healthy and it's time to get back on track.
