I have a busy day ahead. Will be doing my workout video later this morning. My food plan for today:
Breakfast - Ricotta cheese w/splenda
Snack - Click!
Lunch - Turkey roll-up
Snack - string cheese
Dinner - Pork chop w/veggies
Snack - Fage w/sf caramel

Was running late this morning so I think I'm going to be winging my food today. I hope to keep it on track and in control.
Lumber is bought, and tonight we put in the support beam to hold the roof up and take the last of the studs down from the wall. We also got new heating elements and baseboards for the kitchen, and they look good! I can't believe how much we're getting done. I'm always so happy to take fresh pics of the day's work. I'm going to be making a house blog, I think, to keep track of what's happening. Sort of an electronic scrapbook. I don't tend to blog so we'll see if I keep up with it. At least I'm taking the pictures.
Cardio - I NEED to move around. Its bitterly cold out. I have to figure out something. WiiFit said I'm putting on weight. Not good!
Food -
B - Home made egg sammich
L - Soup and some protein-y item of choice.
S - Raw veggies and cheese
D - Left over bag'n'steam chicken

Cardio: Trying the new Gold's Gym Cardio game for the Wii (got our new TV yesterday so I am pumped to try out the games on it)
Food:
B-Greek yogurt, Whole wheat toast w/peanut butter
S-Turkey and cheese roll-up
L-Chicken noodle soup
S-Jerky
D-Burrito
1257 Calories, 103 Carbs, 20 Fiber, 41 Fat, 126 Protein
It's cold in the Windy City. The memorial service is not until Saturday so I will be here until then.
Todays Intake
3 cups of decaf coffee w/sugar and amaretto creamer
1 piece of toast, 2 boiled eggs, small greek yogurt w/honey and walnuts.
Cookies and creme protein shake
Black bean soup, slice of carrot cake and 2 glasses of wine (stress)
No exercise, only 32 oz of water taking my vitamins now.
Plan to do better. Take care.

Hi Deb,
I'm staying in Glenwood. Yes itis cold. Plan to be heading back to KY soon. Brought my heavy winter coat. However I got a flat tire to get fixed before getting on the road.
