Hey Everyone 

I hope your holiday was FABULOUS    I am so excited about the new year

Let's really challenge ourselves this coming year.  I thought once a month we would do a challenge together.  Get excited and motivated

January Challenge is committing to losing 5% of your body weight   I love doing percentages instead of a number. 

So starting January 1st to January 30th, I Kathy will commit to losing 5% of my body weight.

Thanks for the calculator !   Can't wait to start but I won't be able to weigh in on 1/1/07, we won't be home until 1/2 or 1/3, not sure which one, I will do my first weigh in the first morning I get up at home, unless I just use what I was at when I left for vacation, how would you like this handled?

I can't wait to see how well I can do under a direct challenge !  I'm geeked !

No problem, this is for the entire month of January and we are not going to put black and white guide lines up. 

For me, I want to do just protein for a few weeks and wouldn't you know it my son wants to take us out to dinner on 1-2 to celebrate his new job.  Now can a Mom say no?  No way, I will just make good choices and get back to it the next day.

Getting really pumped here
