Hope that all is going well with everyone. My cardio will be walking in the frigid cold air today. My food plan for today:
Breakfast - Fage w/h.f. granola
Snack - almonds
Lunch - ricotta bake
Snack - click!
Dinner - ham w/veggies
Snack - Fage w/s.f. caramel

36 lbs from goal!
Good Morning, feels like it has been forever since I posted. Still no grandbaby yet, we were at the hospital last night and she was 2cm dialted. They gave her some morphine and said to have the doctor check her at her appt today. My husband keeps telling her to hold out a few more days and have the New Years baby. I have been good with food, but terrible on fitting in exercise.
My husband got me three new workout games for the Wii and I am going to use my Best Buy gift card to get Jenny McCarthy's yoga game. I think I have enough games to do a different one every day of the week.
