Monday - BOTT Cardio and Cafe (3 days till 2010!)
Good morning everyone!
I hope you all had a safe and wonderful holiday. Now comes New Years Parties with lots of pickin food and liquor. Stay SAFE and stay smart!
I'm very excited, I got a Wii Fit Plus for Christmas and I have used it faithfully for 3 days so far. It is not a replacement for good exercise, but it is a very useful tool to measure your weight and BMI, and getting in a little extra movement. You get out what you put in, so if you work hard at it, I'm sure it would be a great addition to your weightloss goals. It says I've lost about a pound since I started, but there's some fluctuation (down 3 up 2). But we all know that's to be expected. I like having a digital scale, though, that measures by 10ths of pounds.
Anyhoo, I've already done 20 minutes this morning, and tonight will be alot of arm work plastering the walls.
Cardio - Wii Fit already, do some house work tonight
Food -
B - 5 bites left over seczuan shimp
S - Baby carrots
L - Left over lasagna
S - Click
D - Potroast and veg

I'm glad to see that you started the thread today. I need to be held accountable, it's too easy to mess up when I don't post. Today's food plan:
Breakfast - Fage w/h.f. granola
Snack - Protein drink
Lunch - Ham w/ cheese
Snack - apple
Dinner - Turkey breast w/veggies
Snack - Fage w/s.f. caramel
