My mom came up with an extremely tasty way to prepare chicken, and its a 1 pan meal. McCormick makes seasoning called Bag'n'season, and it was AMAZING. http://www.mccormick.com/Products/Seasoning-Mixes/Bag-n-Season/Bag-n-Season-Chicken.aspx You cook your veggies and chicken all in the same bag, 1 baking dish later and you've got a great yummy chicken dinner. She used boneless tenders, which was great.

Thanks guys. I have such a picky family its so hard to find foods for all of us. I did find a (low carb 7g/ calorie 70cal/ protein 4g) tortilla that tastes great! so i have been packing it full of protein rich foods... eggs, lowfat cheese in the am. baked chicken w lettuce, tomatos, and shredded cheese. they are so good. ive gone back to my sf jellos and puddings too.
