Surprize Decision
Hi BOTT,
I love black bean soup, which basically consist of black turtle beans, onion, celery, carrots anc a can of rotel w/tomatoes and green chiles. My meals have been planned of late with keeping my carbs down. I usually put the info in my menu and have an idea.
HOWEVER last night I got into the mood to make black bean soup, to my surprize, a cup has 43 carbs.
I have been doing so well lately on carb count. I only ate a half cup but it was at the end of the day and those carbs were not in my play book.
It's not a big deal, I have eaten 5 - 10 cookies in one setting knowing the outcome.
All that being said, my point is planning is essential if you are counting.
