Wednesday - BOTT Cardio and Café (Pre-Christmas Check-in!)

Morning everyone! 2 blissful more days of work and then WOOOO ITS CHRISTMAS!!! I hope you all have a good plan in place for the Christams feast on roast beast and oy... I feel like Dr. Seuse. I know you all will try to make the right decisions. I need to do so as well, and take some ME time to reassess some things. The house seems to be taking high priority and I have been flubbing majorly. I think I'm going to take the opprotunity to have some shakes this week/weekend and stop stressing over food. If i don't offer it to myself, I can't eat it. 

Who's traveling this weekend? I'm going about 100 miles northwest to see my brother and celebrate Christmas eve/morning with my neices, one of whom its her first Christmas. I'm so gleeful about that.

Cardio - Something movement... more planning tonight on cabinets, so it won't be housework.

Not traveling this weekend.  Since our friends and family will be off from secular responsibilities we usually get together for a game night or two of canasta, dominos, monopoly and the like.  We just visited the girls and our boys live local so this time off will be with friends. 

Vitamins taken
Cardio done - 10 min exercise w/weights, 15 min ab lounger, 6 min stationary bike
Cafe - cup of tea w/splenda, strawberry whey protein w/banana
        2 boiled eggs
        2 slices salami, 2 pcs horseradish cheese
        1/2 cup of chili, mint chocolate protein pudding
        1 cup unjury chicken soup w/cabbage

Good Morning;
I had my early start this morning, had my colonoscopy then we stopped for breakfast. 

B - Egg
S -Protein Drink
L - Protein Drink
S - almonds
D - ??????

Will be leaving on Saturday for Virginia to visit inlaws for the whole week, can't wait, it will be fun. ! !

Hi Botters!
I've been busy baking and cooking for the past few days.  I am so looking forward for this holiday to be over.  I know I won't be posting tomorrow, so HAPPY HOLIDAYS to all!  My food for today:
Breakfast- fage w/fit granola
Lunch - beef hot dog (no bun)
Dinner - chicken w/veggies
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel
