Diary of a BOTTer - Battle Plan

Hey Everyone 

I have to confess I am so excited    Not so much about the coming holiday as my little one (31) is on the west coast but having 5 days off.  Yes, yes, yes    I hate to sound like an old record but I have been using the last few weeks gearing up for me hitting the ground running on my Getting Back On Track.  I am so happy so many of you are joining me.  But until then we have to address the holiday at hand.  Get ready, here is our battle plan:

Have as much fresh foods as you can
Make sure you have all the tools  you need for successful cooking, like scale, measuring tools etc
Great non stick pans and no fat sprays
Lots of seasonings, fresh if possible
Make sure what ever  you serve it's lean, like chicken breast, turkey, fish
Chop til you drop, make sure you have a lot of cut up fresh veggies to nibble on while cooking
Fresh and frozen fruits are great to throw in those protein smoothies
Avoid parties without your kinda food, if you have to BYO
Run around the house with those little one
Put your track shoes on for the after Christmas shopping

YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!
