BOTT  Hope your Tuesday starts out well.
What's on your menu?
We always have the basics, vitamins, water, eating protein first, exercise and beneficial food choices.  Occassionally some not so benefical but satisfying.
My menu

Good morning BOTTer's

Today I don't have much to list, I am on clear liquids today for my Colonoscopy tomorrow.

So on the menu is:
Chicken Broth
Chicken Broth
Beef Broth
Oh, More Chicken Broth

And yes, Coffee
And that all great special liquid Moviprep (I don't think that counts though, huh  LOL)

Morning all!

Today, we shop for cabinets. I found Lowes.com has a virtual room builder, which works fantastic. I designed several kitchesn and found the size of mine is quirky. We're going to Lowes today to have one of their designers work with us to finalize it and buy them so we can get started putting the kitchen back together.

I need to find a good way to get moving in these sub-zero temps... but finding time to hit the gym right now is very hard with this house thing. I have to figure out SOMETHING.....

Cardio - Not sure yet... I have to do something though.

Food-
B - Egg sammich
L - Starbucks spin feta wrap
S - Click
D - Might eat on the road, it looks like.

Hope all goes well.  My cabinets were one of my biggest expenses but I have never regretted it.

Have fun. 
Watch out eating on the road.  I consume much more on the run, snatching this and that here and there. Road kill took on new meaning for me.  LOL
