I am a fan of Survivor, yeah I know we loose a few IQ points when watching reality TV.  I think we all should go to a BOTT Island and do the Survivor Diet.  Everyone losses so much weight on the rice and what ever you find in the jungle to eat diet.  What I love is when it's a few months later and see who has put some weight back on.  I swear they should have a minimum weight requirement for some of the people.  If they are skinny to begin with they look like death by the end of 30 days....

OK, we need to find a location and hmmmm, what criteria are we going to use to vote members off

We are babysitting the BIG DOGS this weekend, an 80 pound pup and 120 pound senior citizen.  In addition to my 2 little ones what a trip.  My son is out on the West coast with his GF's family.  Walking the puppy has been good exercise for the weekend.  If it's cold I know we burn more cals.  burn baby burn.  Food was not tracked this weekend,    But I have already logged my oatmeal for the morning so you will see a good girl this week

Happy Monday everyone and if you are not done shopping we only have 4 more days to go

Take care,
Kathy

Kathy,
I'm all for a Bott Island experience, but I don't do bugs, mice, chickens that were running around with their heads on and had names.  I could do fruit and hmmm...  more fruit! And of course, we would need to have Jeff, just to look at!

Kathy,
We could go to a beautiful tropical island (no bugs or flying rodents though) and eat fish and fruit.  Talk about skinny!  Of course, no one would be voted off because we will all be winners!  (Unfortunately, no money because we spent it on our protein shakes to take with us!)  How about Pandora?  Heard it was beautiful there!Although, Jeff is nice to look at!
Huggs,
