Good Morning BOTT - Sunday

Hope all plan to start their week with a positive attitude.  It would be nice to take a little time to reflect on the blessings we receive.  Follow up by planning our menu for the week, or making a list of necessary and reasonable things to accomplish for the week.  Working on not overwhelming ourselves with things that might happen when exposed to tempting foods.  Plan to do right, no matter what.  We all know the flesh is weak.

Have a wonderful Sunday and start of a new week.

HOLY SNOWANGELS, BATMAN!! I went to bed and there was no snow, I woke up and there was 18 inches on the ground! I've never seen such fast snowfall before. Insane! Its beautiful though. And my husband was great and snowblowed our driveway and walkway. I get to go dashing through the snow with my mom today and hit the theatre. Going to see Wicked. Then a bit of shopping, possibly. Then home jones and watch the rest of the snow fall.

Cardio - Not sure, worked HARD in the house for hours and hours yesterday, may take a break.

Food -
B - 1/2 home made egg sammich
L - Calzone?
D - Might try to eat out tonight

I'm jealous of those of you who have snow!  We got some sleet and snow/rain mix, but no accumulation.  So, I'll just have to pretend in my head that we'll have a white Christmas here in Raleigh.

B  Scrambled Eggs with cheese and a toasted arnold thin
L  Egg Salad and Glenny's soy chips.
S - Banana with cottage cheese
D - Chili and Cheese with WW pasta.
D - Protein Shake

Cardio - Shopping, wrapping and walking the dog.

Hello All,
I didn't have time to get on this morning, the kids were here and we had to get ready for the rest of the gang.  They are all gone now, just sitting here relaxing.

I did not stick to the plan this weekend, I had my morning protein both days but that was where it stopped.  Will be back on track tomorrow.  My sister did notice that I had lost weight since she saw me last.  That made me happy !  

I will report in early tomorrow morning and it will be with all the Good Stuff, BOTTT.
