Just dropped in to say Hi.  I'm sewing this morning but taking my vitamins, drinking plenty of water, eating my protein first and planning to exercise.  Have a great weekend and be safe.

Weather here not at all festive - rain & 20-25 mph wind.  This keeps up and there's no question it will be a "dark & foggy Christmas Eve" - real Rudolph weather!

Exercise:  walking & stair climbing

Do you all know about these chips?  Target (at least here) is the test market for them.  They also come packaged in 100 cal pkgs but the Target I went to last night only had them in the larger bag.  I am going to go to a different Target over the weekend and see if they have the individual serving bags.

S - Mango Mingle - 160 cal

D - HW choc drink - 80 cal 
      Bariatrix veg spaghetti bolognese - 150 cal

Hi Happy
I am making winter skirts for my daughter that moved to Chicago from Texas.  My sewing machine has started acting out so I've taken a took a break and canned 4 qts of  black beans. 

B - strawberrry protein shake, tea, splenda, cranberry juice
L - 2 oz whole cashews 
D - Chili made with veal, tomatoes and beans / 4 saltine crackers
S - 2 boiled eggs

I plan to stay up late tonight to finish sewing once DH is out of the way.

I'm impressed.  Sewing and canning!  With the weather Chicago has been having I'm sure she'll be very very glad to get WINTER skirts!!!!

Yeah, she's 35 and my oldest daughter but spoiled rotten.  The funny part she's not my favorite, she's a daddy's girl.  However she's single and leads a good christian life.  We are very proud of her.

Good Morning !

I am sinking into a funk, I know it is cuz all the stuff I have to do before the kids arrive but I have to do my paying job first *sigh*.  Oh well, if I get busy and don't dwell on it, I'll be ok and it will all come together in the end.  If not, it is just the kids and they can pitch in and help, like old times. 

Today's eating Agenda:

B - Protein Drink
S - Cottage Cheese
L - Protein drink
S - Almonds
D - Whatever DH picks up at grocery store

Lots of water
No Cardio, just running around house like a chicken with head cut off trying to get stuff ready LOL

No funking please!!!!   Prioritize - anything that absolutely doesn't HAVE to be done - cross off your list.  It's not about the physical things we can see, it's all about the heart things we can feel.
