Good Morning all.

I've been up for a few hours, trying to get some work done !  Not quite done shopping, went out into the bitter cold last night, now why couldn't I have shopped when the weather was nicer ?  *sigh*

Oh, well, tonight a few more gifts to get and hopefully I will start the wrapping also.

Today's food agenda:

B - Protein Drink
S - Boiled Egg
L - Protein Drink
S - Almonds
D - Chicken

LOTS OF WATER ! !

Cardio - Elleptical

Can't wait for this weekend, Christmas with all my children and grandchildren on Saturday and on Sunday we add my Mom and Sister and her family all at my house !  That makes it so easy, to busy to eat junk ! My oldest Son, wife and 10 month old will come to our house on Friday night and stay until Sunday night, can't wait.  I don't see them as often as I would like, I know it is only 3 hours away to see them but scheduling time is difficult.

Good morning Botters!
I did a lot of baking yesterday.  Get up this morning and they are almost all gone!  My kids ate the majority and my husband wanted to take some cookies and pizza to work.  At least I didn't have any.  So I'll be doing more baking today.
My food plan:
Breakfast - 1/2 c. fage w/granola
Lunch - chili
Snack - 1/2 apple w/pb2
Dinner - pork chop w/veggies
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel

Hello BOTT Family, Hump Day!!!

Hope everyone is enjoying the holiday rush, and Santa is helping you find everything on the list you're looking for!  Hi Sion, after such a trying beginning nothing but good will happen from now on!  We will now pray and bless the threshold with good fortune, and love.  Hi Happy, I haven't found another job yet, but I haven't really started looking, I might hang in their untl the bitter end and then collect my unemployment for a minute.  I'm may also be entitled to my widow's benefits from social security if I haven't made too much.  Just playing it by hear right now.

The journey has finally CLICKED!  No matter what kind of food you eat for comfort, the problem that you are trying to console is still there after the "BINGE."  I am my own Savior and noone can help me but ME!  I've been Back on Track for about 3 days now, a little light headed with a headach, but I'm calling it carb and sugar withdrawal.  One day at a time....

D -     Salmon Pattie w/ Garlic Spinach 

S -      EAS Chocolate Protein Shake
           Activia Peach Yogurt
