Seems like the holiday season has all of us up and out early. Never enough hours in the day! Especially when there's a lot to do and not enough time to complete the task! Do you think we can add a few more hours to the day?
Exercise: Had a set back with my knee. A runaway shopping with a reckless child behind it
ran me down in the market. Not on crutches, but walking real slow. Probably do some weight training upper body.
