Today was my first day in taking it.  I took it this morning before breakfast and it lasted until about 4:00p.m.  I figured that I would take another teaspoon if I got the urge to nibble.

Seems like the holiday season has all of us up and out early. Never enough hours in the day! Especially when there's a lot to do and not enough time to complete the task!  Do you think we can add a few more hours to the day?

Exercise:  Had a set back with my knee. A runaway shopping with a reckless child behind it
ran me down in the market.  Not on crutches, but walking real slow.  Probably do some weight training upper body.

My goodness - who would have thought they needed to guard against being attacked by a runaway shopping cart - a reindeer maybe, but not a shopping cart.  Hope you are back 100% REAL SOON.

Do you have another job lined up?  I still think that was a dirty trick!  But then that's why I'm a psychologist and not a busines tycoon.  LOL
