Need to get an early start this morning.  Schedule is full for today.  It's also my maintenance support group and I need to do some preparation for that.

      HW pineapple drink powder - 70 cal
      HW choc drink - 80 cal
      PB2 (2 servings) - 108 cal


CAL - 1444         CARBS - 130g         PROT -171g

Good Morning.

Today I have to get all my water in, have not done good with that the last couple days and it is obvious, I am feeling hungry and know I am not really !

B - Protein Hot Chocolate Drink
S - Yogurt
L - Protein Hot Chocolate Drink
S - Almonds
D - Hmmmmm, didn't get all my shopping done last night so have to go again tonight, probably will have Turkey soup before I head out

LOTS OF WATER ! !

Good plan - it's even more important to be vigilant about following the guidelines during busy & stressful times when it's so easy to fall back into our old, unhealthy habits.

Thanks, Yes, I was upset with myself when I left the house to go shopping last night I forgot to take my water with me, and of course, I am not smart enough to stop and buy a bottle or two to drink while shopping.  *sigh*  Will do better today !

I too got an early start this morning and got several necessary things completed. 
Mornings are a special time for me to study and meditate then prepare for the rest of the day. 

Vitamins first
B - 2 cups of tea w/splenda, strawberry whey protein drink made w/water
S - 2 boiled eggs
L - homemade vegetable beef soup
S - pure protein bar
D - probably salad w/grilled chicken
S - greek yogurt w/honey and walnuts

30 minutes cardio - treadmill, stationary bike and ab lounger.  I've got high hopes today.

I hit the ground running this morning, but have been tracking what I've been putting in my mouth :) 

B - Yogurt (6oz) and 1/4 c all bran cereal
S - Apple
L - 1 c Ham and Cheese soup
S - tangerine
D - 1c Ham and Cheese soup
S - Protein Shake

Cardio - 1/2 hour on the Wii

Hi Botters!

It looks like everyone has a great plan for the day.  I'm still chasing my 2 yr. old GD's for my cardio workout.  My food:
Breakfast - teaspoon of Gymnema  Yuckyyyyy
                    1 bite of fresh baked oatmeal cookie BLAHHH...
Snack - nothing Blahhh
Lunch - ham and cheese roll - blahhh
Snack - protein drink
Dinner - steak with veggies
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel
Hopefully, the taste of this stuff will stay with me and I can keep with this eating plan.  I'll be super skinny in no time!
