I too got an early start this morning and got several necessary things completed.
Mornings are a special time for me to study and meditate then prepare for the rest of the day.
Vitamins first
B - 2 cups of tea w/splenda, strawberry whey protein drink made w/water
S - 2 boiled eggs
L - homemade vegetable beef soup
S - pure protein bar
D - probably salad w/grilled chicken
S - greek yogurt w/honey and walnuts
30 minutes cardio - treadmill, stationary bike and ab lounger. I've got high hopes today.

It looks like everyone has a great plan for the day. I'm still chasing my 2 yr. old GD's for my cardio workout. My food:
Breakfast - teaspoon of Gymnema Yuckyyyyy
1 bite of fresh baked oatmeal cookie BLAHHH...
Snack - nothing Blahhh
Lunch - ham and cheese roll - blahhh
Snack - protein drink
Dinner - steak with veggies
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel
Hopefully, the taste of this stuff will stay with me and I can keep with this eating plan. I'll be super skinny in no time!
