The Choice Is Each Person's
I think it is important to get straight whose job is whose.
It is each individual's job to choose how compliant they want to be during the holidays.
It is our job to support them in accomplishing their choice.
It is their job to realize they forfiet "grumbling rights" if their choice results in a weight with which they are dissatisfied.
It is our job NOT to judge.
It is the job of all of us to care about each other, support each other, and to accept each other. This isn't a race, this is FOREVER We are ALL human and with that common bond and BOTT POWER we can each and every one achieve our goal(s).
Thank you so very very much for doing your job with me!!!!
However I'm still trying to conquer weekend overeating, stress overeating, candy eating and pure old bad carbs habits.
No room for judging in my house.

Now - it is just food. Some is better that other. but overall - at this point - there are no food for me that I really wish I could eat and can't. I am at a point now - that I don't crave foods that I can't have.
I was hoping I get there one day - and I hope that it will last. If I ever "strayed" I paid for.
