Back On Track Together
First Week as a BOTTer
I think I did pretty good this week -- I exercised 5 out of 7 days (not as long as I wanted to -- my endurance has fallen off TREMENDOUSLY since I last exercised -- but it's a start.) More importantly, I wrote down EVERYTHING that passed my lips -- even those two cookies at work and the birthday party cupcake. This is important for me, because I have a tendency to gloss over the "bad" foods that I eat, and not write them down at all.
It wasn't a perfect week, but it's a start. And I'm glad to have the support of this group.
