Seems like many of us are getting an early start to our Monday.  Congrats.
I've taken my vitamins and getting ready for my cardio.

Intake:
Morning tea w splenda and cookies and creme protein shake
Snack - 2 boiled eggs
Lunch - chicken salad w/ 4 crackers
Dinner - fried chicken leg and small salad
Snack - 2 graham crackers w/peanut butter

I have a 32 oz bottle of flavored water and one of plain water.  This should take care of my hydration.
Have a safe and wise Monday.

It is a marvelous thing (to my way of thinking)  It is a peanut butter powder that you mix with water (can buy it on line and, as far as I'm concrned, it is worth every penny!  Fewer calories and less fat.  Since I ate regular peanut butter right off the spoon, I also eat PB2 right off the spoon.  To me, it tastes just fine and I use it when I need 50 calories to meet my caloric allotment for the day.

Well well well. So this is what it feels like to live your last day as NOT a home owner. I am itching with excitment. I have the whole day off, and my hubby managed to get it off too, now. So depending on what time we're signing the papers, it'll be sushi, wine, left over sushi, and a house party in my very empty house!! I just got a little thrill in my tummy, typing that. MY HOUSE. AHHH!H!!

I have waited so long for this day, I cannot BELIEVE its here! I must behave, however, and not get too carried away in celebratory things. Its going to be a LOT of hard hard work for the next few months to get the place ready, comfortable, clean and livable. I think we're ready though.

Cardio - Not sure, I'm going to walk the dog, though.

Food -
B - Starbucks spin fetta wrap (under 200 calories, so so good)
S - Laughing Cow cheese, wheat thins/Click
L - Left over chili and tostitos
S - WW String cheese and almonds
D - Italian sausage and ziti

I am now a HOME OWNER!   Check out my House Blog!
